These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and ClearSignal Wellness, a DBA of REBDE Enterprises, LLC ("ClearSignal Wellness," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the ClearSignal Wellness app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ClearSignal Wellness. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. During account creation, you will be asked to confirm your age.
ClearSignal Wellness is a personal wellness application that helps users track urges, log daily check-ins, build momentum streaks, and access exercises and reflections related to managing compulsive behavior.
The app uses your check-in data to personalize content recommendations and provide you with a running wellness score ("temperature") reflecting your recent patterns.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.
If you are in immediate distress, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
The content in ClearSignal Wellness — including exercises, reflections, and success stories — is for general wellness and motivational purposes only. It is not clinical therapy. Use of ClearSignal Wellness does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind.
Always seek the advice of your physician, therapist, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about your condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced in ClearSignal Wellness.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@clearsignalwellnessapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may use a pseudonym instead of your real name. We do not require your legal name.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Voice check-in is an optional feature. By using voice check-in, you consent to your voice being recorded, transmitted to a third-party transcription service, and the resulting transcript being stored in your account. You can disable voice transcript storage at any time in Settings → Privacy.
You will be shown a separate consent prompt the first time you use voice check-in. You must affirmatively consent before your voice is recorded.
ClearSignal Wellness may offer premium features through a subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Pricing and available plans are displayed in the app.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to your device's subscription management settings.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or app store policy.
All billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process your payment information directly.
All content in ClearSignal Wellness — including exercises, reflections, the scoring system, and the app interface — is owned by or licensed to ClearSignal Wellness, a DBA of REBDE Enterprises, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Your personal data (check-ins, notes, voice transcripts) remains yours. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your data to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
ClearSignal Wellness is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from using it.
Wellness and recovery outcomes vary by individual. ClearSignal Wellness does not guarantee any specific result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearSignal Wellness, a DBA of REBDE Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we detect misuse, abuse, or security concerns.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. We will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use of ClearSignal Wellness after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may delete your account.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at hello@clearsignalwellnessapp.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ClearSignal Wellness will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where arbitration is not permitted by applicable law. You agree not to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairfield County, Ohio.
